By accessing and using the Craft Soft Student Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is available to students enrolled in Craft Soft courses and programs. You must:

• Be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
• Have a valid Student ID issued by Craft Soft
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your Student ID and OTP secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

4. Permitted Use

The Portal is provided for educational purposes. You may use it to:

• Access course materials and resources
• View your academic progress and attendance
• Communicate with instructors and support staff
• Download certificates and completion records

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, or redistribute course materials without permission
• Attempt to access other students' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Portal's services
• Misrepresent your identity or enrollment status

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, and software, is the intellectual property of Craft Soft or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data in accordance with applicable laws and our commitment to your privacy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (typically weekends, 2-4 AM IST)
• Emergency security updates
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

Craft Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability is limited to the course fees paid by you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access course materials will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or Portal notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
